Signature - Annual Membership Agreement: This agreement is effective from the date of signature and is between SCWTCA, Inc., (hereinafter called SCWTCA) and the person/s whose signature/s appear at the bottom of this agreement (hereinafter called “Member”). In the case of Dual Memberships, both members must sign. SCWTCA stresses that it is important all owners especially breeders, enter their dogs, submit their litters and health testing to the SCWTDB. As a member of the Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier Club of America, Inc. (SCWTCA), for this year and every year thereafter I/we agree to: • 1. Abide by the Constitution and Bylaws of SCWTCA and SCWTCA Code of Ethics. 2. Follow the rules of the AKC and abide by the AKC Code of Sportsmanship 3. Comply with the AKC Electronic Stud Book Agreement prohibiting the redistribution of the stud data for commercial use. 4. Indemnify SCWTCA from defending any claim or action, at law or in equity, for any costs incurred, including attorneys’ fees, in connection with, or as a result of any event to which I am a party, including but not limited to, any puppy sale, and personal injury or loss of property at a SCWTCA event. 5. Agree that your SCWT database identification number will be included on the Breeders List. For inclusion on the Breeders List. I/we acknowledge that participation in the SCWTCA Breeders List is a privilege and that I/we am/are a representative of SCWTCA to the public. I/we understand the Breeders List helps prospective buyers connect with our active breeders and I/we will make every effort to promptly and politely respond to all inquiries from the List. I/we have provided the AKC registration number(s) and name(s) of all SCWT(s): that I/we own/co-own; that has met or will meet the SCWTCA Code of Ethics pre-breeding health testing requirements for PLN, Hips and Eyes; and that has recently been bred or could be bred in the near future. As a Breeder Emeritus, I acknowledge that I have bred 10 or more SCWT Champions and I am no longer actively breeding. I am willing to interact with the general public seeking to learn about our breed. I understand members may be removed from the Breeders List by the SCWTCA Board of Directors if there are two or more verifiable complaints against the members or non-compliance with the Code of Ethics. Acceptance of This Agreement: My/Our signature and renewal using the Dues Renewal form or the electronic Dues Renewal form shows my acceptance of this annual SCWTCA Membership and Breeders List Agreement. *
