This agreement is effective from the date of signature and is between SCWTCA, Inc., (hereinafter called SCWTCA) and the person/s whose signature/s appear at the bottom of this agreement (hereinafter called “Member”). In the case of Dual Memberships, both members must sign. I/You/We understand that the SCWTCA believes it is important that all owners and breeders, especially those on the Breeders List, submit their litters and health testing to the SCWTDB.
