Hotels, Emergency & other Important Information

There are two host hotels this year and they next to each other. Attendees assume responsibility for themselves and their dogs. Owners of dogs are responsible for cleaning up after their own dogs.  Neither the Club nor the Hotel will clean up after a guests dogs. Cost per night: $119 plus tax (special rate Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday Night.  $149.00 (Friday and Saturday night) Pet fee included up to two dogs.
An additonal two dogs in a double Queen room are allowed at an additional cost of $30 per dog per night.
Dogs must be crated when left alone in the room – no exceptions.
The hotel reserves the right to inspect rooms for damages so please ensure that dogs are crated when left alone.
