Wheaten Boutique Reservations

Dear Talented, Artistic Wheaten Friends!

The Annual Dinner and Boutique will be held at the host hotel, Hyatt House 621 Grange Road, Allentown, PA18106. My apologies for this late notice!  Beth Taylor is the new Boutique Chair and is the middle of a big move and I am filling in for her!

The Hyatt only provides tables that are 18 inches wide. At this time, we will be using the same room as last year.  We are doing our best to find other options.  More details later.

By the end of this weekend, the vendor application will be available ONLINE with payment via PayPal or via USPS. Boutique table space is $4 per linear foot if reserved before 8/1/2025, and $6 per linear foot thereafter.  Minimum space is 4 feet and will be assigned increments of 4 feet. Deadline is 9/15.

In the meantime, please use the attached pdf form until the online form is available.  To assist you in calculating the amount here are examples.  Before August 1st - 4 feet X $4 = $16; 8 feet x $4 is $32; After August 1st - 4 feet X $6 = $24; 8 feet X 6 is $48.

There is a space to include Special Requests such as: need a coat rack or a wall behind, access to electricity, be close a door etc.

The pdf  Vendor form is attached, scroll down.  You can fill out the online form and mail a check also. If you prefer to print the form please complete and return it to me via email or by USPS with the check to my address. Payment instructions are on the attached form. Please note that USPS mail delivery can be slow and unreliable.  I suggest you respond by email and let me know you are mailing the form.
